Davide E. Iannace is a specialized strategic policy advisor and consultant. His policy analysis investigates complex socio-economic and political elements on behalf of the European Commission, the Italian government and various public entities in Italy. He leads the European Resilience program at GIE Foundation.

His analysis focuses on quantitative methodologies applied to policy evaluation. His work spans several fields, including defence, rural policy, finance, taxation, and sustainability.

He holds a PhD in Economic Statistics from the University of Rome "La Sapienza". He has presented at several conferences in the EU and the United States. These include the West Point Social Science Seminars, the Middle West Political Science Annual Conference, and the EUSPRI Conference.

He has published numerous articles on research infrastructure, security, environmental, and political issues. He co-founded the think tank "Give Back" in Italy, focused on rural and youth affairs.
