Parvina Huseynova is the founder of Realstrategik Consultancy, a London based public affairs firm specialising in political and business strategy, campaigns and communications. She served as Deputy Head of Candidate Engagement for the UK Conservative Party, where she managed the selection, training, recruitment, and nurturing of political candidates under four Prime Ministers, including initiating outreach to potential candidates and supporting their campaigns in several elections, including two General Elections and London Mayoral Election. Previously, she was Head of Policy Relations at the Henry Jackson Society, focusing on international affairs and organising events on global security issues. Parvina holds a BA in Finance, an MSc in Business Economics, and an MRes in Politics from UCL.
