Form Submissions

We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with our Google Workspace email system for storage. Note: open letter signature data is collected via Google Forms and stored in Google Workspace. Open Letter Signatures

If you sign GIEF's open letter, we collect your name, title, organisation, country, and email address. This data is used solely to record and verify your signature. Your name, title, and organisation may be displayed publicly on this website and in related campaign materials. Your email address will not be displayed publicly and will not be shared with third parties.

If you separately consent to receive updates from GIEF, your email will be used for that purpose only. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting info@giefoundation.net.

You may request removal of your signature and associated personal data at any time by contacting info@giefoundation.net. We will process removal requests within 30 days.

Signature data is stored in Google Workspace, whose infrastructure may process data across multiple jurisdictions. We rely on appropriate legal safeguards for any such transfers.
